My Story

A Second Chance Changed Everything

In 2012, my life changed in a way I never expected.

I survived a traumatic brain injury and spent time in a coma. When I eventually regained consciousness, life wasn’t simply waiting for me on the other side.

Many of the things I once took for granted had to be rebuilt.

My thinking.

My confidence.

My sense of identity.

Everything familiar.

Even my understanding of who I was.

At one point, my goal wasn’t success, purpose, or achievement.

It was simply becoming normal again.

And that journey changed the course of my life forever.

Rebuilding From The Inside Out

The process of rebuilding myself forced me to become deeply curious about the human experience.

Why do we think the way we think?

Why do emotions influence us so powerfully?

Why do people repeat patterns they know are hurting them?

Why do some people move forward while others remain stuck?

The deeper I looked, the more I realised that many of the struggles we face aren’t caused by a lack of intelligence, capability, or potential.

They’re often driven by emotional patterns, beliefs, and experiences operating beneath our awareness.

What remains unseen often remains in control.

The Climb Back To Myself

I worked on myself relentlessly.

Not because I wanted to achieve something extraordinary, but because I wanted my life back.

As part of that journey, I made a promise to myself that one day I would climb a Himalayan mountain. At the time, it felt almost impossible.

But I kept going.

Eventually, I stood at the summit of Triund.

For many people, it was just a trek. For me, it represented something much bigger. It was proof that recovery was possible, that I wasn’t defined by what had happened to me, and that I could trust myself again.

In many ways, that climb marked the beginning of my journey back to life.

From Marketing To Human Behaviour

Before entering the world of therapy and coaching, I spent years working in marketing, branding, communications, and business development.

Understanding people was always part of my work.

But after my recovery, understanding people became something much deeper.

I began studying psychotherapy, behavioural science, clinical psychology, criminal psychology, sports psychology, NLP, hypnotherapy, and human behaviour; not only academically, but through lived experience as well.

Because I wasn’t interested in theory alone.

I wanted to understand what actually helps people move forward.

Creativity Became My Therapy

As I rebuilt my life, creativity became one of my greatest teachers.

I explored sound through musical instruments, songwriting, and eventually rap music. What started as a creative outlet became a way of understanding emotion, expression, perspective, and the human experience itself.

Music taught me that emotions aren’t just things to be managed. They’re things to be understood, expressed, transformed and worked with.

Many of the insights that shape my work today were discovered through creativity; through listening, creating, experimenting, and finding meaning in experiences that were often difficult to put into words.

In many ways, creativity didn’t just help me recover. It helped me rebuild who I was.

Why I Do This Work?

Upon waking, I experienced the world through an entirely different lens.

I began seeing colours and silhouettes around people, which I later came to understand as auras. At the same time, I became increasingly sensitive to energies and developed an unusual ability to notice micro-expressions, emotional shifts, and the things people often communicate without words.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began volunteering in the mental health space and joined an online therapy platform to support people from around the world.

Since then, I’ve worked with more than 1,500 individuals and witnessed a common theme: many people aren’t lacking potential, they’re stuck in emotional patterns they don’t fully understand.

That experience changed the course of my life. It led me to pursue mental health professionally and deepen my studies in psychotherapy, coaching, psychology, human behaviour, and consciousness.

Alongside years of meditation and my own journey of recovery, I came to realise that this isn’t just a career for me. It’s my purpose.

Because I believe that when individuals expand their awareness and consciousness, they contribute to something far greater than themselves. Something I am deeply connected to.

What I Believe

I believe that greater awareness and gentle action creates greater freedom.

I believe that self-leadership, emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and purposeful direction change lives.

I believe that when individuals become more conscious, the collective becomes more conscious.

Perhaps that’s why I was given a second chance.

Either way, I feel a responsibility to honour it.
